Booking Policies

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies before confirming your appointment.

Travel Fees

Within 10km – $30
Beyond 10km – $30 + $2 per additional km

Travel distance is calculated from the artist’s home base to the appointment location.

The total travel fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Early Morning Fee

Appointments scheduled before 8:00 AM will incur an additional fee.

A $20 early morning fee applies to any appointment beginning before 8:00 AM.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure all bookings.

The deposit will be credited toward your final balance.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Late Policy

A $10 fee will be applied for every 15 minutes a client is late.

If a client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled at the artist’s discretion and the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. 

Appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.

Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Client Preparation Policy

To achieve the best possible results and your desired look, clients must arrive properly prepared:

     • Brows must be groomed (waxed, threaded, or tweezed) prior to the appointment. Brow grooming services are not included.

     • Lash extensions may be brushed, separated, trimmed, or otherwise lightly manipulated as needed to complete the final look.

     • Natural hair, wigs, leave-out, or front pieces may be moved, pinned, brushed, or otherwise adjusted as necessary to properly frame and complete the makeup look.

Appointment Setup Requirements

For mobile appointments, the following must be available upon arrival:

     • One table
    • One chair
    • A clean, clutter-free, and well-lit space for setup and application

Failure to provide proper setup conditions may affect the quality and timing of the service.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be completed while the artist is on location.

Accepted payment methods:

• E-Transfer (preferred)
• Cash
• PayPal (U.S. clients only)
